Watermelon Carpaccio with a Mulberry Balsamic Glaze

Compressed watermelon, prosciutto, goat cheese, finished with a house-made mulberry balsamic reduction

Grilled Brie with Apricot Whiskey Glaze

Warm grilled brie topped with Italian sausage crumble and drizzled with a rich apricot whiskey glaze
